This service is run by Hush&hold (Instagram @hush_hold). It answers comments and direct messages sent to our own Instagram account.

What we receive

When you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram, Instagram sends us your public username, an Instagram-scoped user ID, the text of your comment or message, and whether you follow our account.

How we use it

Only to reply to you: to answer your comment and send you the information or discount code you asked for. We do not sell, share or use this data for advertising.

Storage

Logs of replies are stored on our server in the EU and deleted automatically after 180 days.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, see Data deletion.
